During the Spring, I'm often told that I should get outside more because the weather is beautiful. I hate that. It almost always happens on days when I'm already having allergy problems. The sinus headache days are the worst.

On that note, I think my Zyrtec is losing its effectiveness and I need to talk to the doctor about switching to something else. I had problems with Claritin and Allegra after a couple years too.
